Getting Started
How do I get started?
Give us a call! Talking to someone that knows the product photography process is important. We can walk you through planning the shots you need, provide an estimate, and get you on the calendar all in usually under 10 minutes. (619) 261-7332
What's your turn around time?
Our turn around time is usually 3 days after we receive the product from you.
How are images delivered to me?
Images are delivered electronically. If they are under 10 megabytes they will be emailed directly to you. If they’re over you’ll receive a dowload link to save them directly to your device.
What file types and sizes do you send?
All images are sent as high quality JPEGs. The file resolution for high resolution images are usually over 3000 pixels on the longest side. Web resolution images are saved at 1400 pixels on the longest side.
PNG or Photoshop files are sent for images with transparent backgrounds.
What's your minimum order?
Our minumum order is one image ($45).
Can I be present at the shoot?
Of course! It’s very helpful to have the client in the studio. Give us a call or use the contact form to get a shoot scheduled.
What's your usage agreement?
Upon full payment for the photography and retouching, you will be granted full usage rights for all media globally and in perpetuity. The only thing you cannot do is resell the image(s) without permission in writing.

Will you ship my products back?
If you want your products sent back to you please include a return label in your shipment. If you don’t include a label and still want your items returned you will be invoiced for the cost of the return shipping.
Payment
How much do I have to pay to get started?
If your project is estimated to be under $400 there is no upfront payment. If it’s over $400 you will be invoiced for a deposit 1/2 the estimated total project cost. The balance owed is due upon approval and delivery of final images.
How do I make a payment?
All of our invoices are email and web-based. You can pay the amount due directly from a link or button on the invoice. Most credit and debit cards are accepted.
You can also mail or bring in a check.
